Q: Where are you located and do you offer customer pick-up?
A: Our main production facility is located in York, PA. To help you save on shipping cost, we do offer customer pick-up at our York facility as well as local delivery.
Q: What type of artwork or file is required for printing?
A: Our printed items are only as good as the artwork that is provided. If you don't have a design ready, we can help you with creating a unique design for an additional charge. If you are providing your own artwork, the higher the resolution, the better the output will be. We strongly recommend the use of vector images or 300 PPI images. Recommended file tipes are .AI, .PSD, .PDF, or .EPS. Other accepted file types are .TIFF, .PNG, and .JPEG.
Q: What is your turn around time?
A: Typical turn around time is 10-21 days from the date your payment is processed till your goods are shipped. Our aim is to get all orders shipped within 10 business days of the order being finalized but we may sometimes require longer. We do offer rush orders if you need your order guaranteed sooner than 14 days.
Q: What is your minimum size order? Do I have to get them all the same size and style?
A: Minimum orders vary between products. Most screen printed items have a minimum online order of 10-20 pieces. We can do custom orders less than the minimum but additional charges will apply. You can split the minimums up between sizes, apparel colors, and garment types, as long as ink color(s)/print locations stay the same. Additional charges will apply for ink color changes.
Q: I have a quote from a competitor, can you price match?
A: We can in most cases beat or match any competitors pricing, but make sure to give us all the details of the competing quote (shirt/brand/weight/model/qty/sizes/price per/shipping/tax/etc). Often competitors will try to appear to be offering a better deal, when in reality they are printing on a lower quality shirt, offering a different type of garment decoration, or require an unreasonably high minimum order quantity.
Q: We need a lot of shirts, can you handle it?
A: Absolutely! We specialize in high volume orders. The larger the order, the bigger the price savings we can pass on to you!
Q: I'm in a rush, can you print very quickly?
A: We do offer rush printing and in most cases we can deliver your items as quickly as you need them, within reason. Turn around times and rush orders will vary situation to situation and depends on how high our current work load is, how many rush orders are already on the schedule, and how much work including design and pre-press time is required for your order.
Q: I want to have my design printed on a few different color shirts, can you do that.
A: Not a problem at all as long as the ink colors stay the same. We can even change ink colors (wash out screen/dry/reset press) however, a color change fee will apply.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes we do!
Q: The design I want to have printed is rather offensive, do you mind printing it?
A: Nope, heck we might even have a suggestion on how to make it even worse!
Q: Ink color looks slightly different than what it looked like on the computer screen proof.
A: We can not guarantee that your computer or phone screen is calibrated properly or the same as ours, therefor we can not guarantee exact precise color matching. The closest color of ink is always used and we can match as close as possible to any PMS Color you would like for an additional fee.
Q: Where (locations) can you print on my clothing?
A: Just about anywhere on your shirt or garment including full front, full back, sides, sleeves, hood, pocket, and inside tag labels!
Q: How are shirts packaged and shipped?
A: We sort and fold by size and shirt color, typically in sets of 12, so you can find what you need quick. Individual poly bag packaging and size labeling is available for an additional charge.
Q: I want a different brand of shirt than what I see on your site, can you get them?
A: Not a problem in the slightest. We are members at some of the largest apparel wholesalers in the country, and in many cases have access to apparel directly from the manufacturer. We have access to hundreds of different brands and garment styles, so don't worry if you're preferred brand or style isn't found on our site. Just let us know what brand you are looking for and odds are we can get it, and get it at wholesale pricing.
